Classification of Music and Speech from Audio Stream by using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract

Today multimedia informatio has become an important component of our lives. Rapid increase in the amount of audio data demands for classify audio stream based on its content. This system will be developed audio classification system that is capable of classifying an audio stream into speech, music, male and female speech. This system will proces with two steps in classification. The first step of system is speech and music discrimination by using fuzzy logic system. With this approach, the system can classify generic audios with good accuracy by using fewer features and less computation time.
