dc.description.abstract Computer based methods are increasingly used to improve the quality of making decisions in many areas. Decision Support systems use knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques to solve problems that normally require the expertise, experiences and abilities of human experts. This system will present the implementation of web-based rice disease diagnostic system using case-based reasoning technique. Although there are many approach for many approach for classification in data mining, Case Base Reasoning(CBR) is used for testing rice diagnosis. In this rice diagnosis are taken as the cases of Case Base. Moreover, cosine similarity algorithm is used for measuring the similar cases. en_US
