dc.description.abstract Machine translation is one of the important research areas in the world of Natural Language Processing. This paper firstly presents some challenges in Machine Translation. Translation system needs to solve the source and target language’s ambiguities and also need to properly map the concept (meaning) and grammar (syntactic) rules of both languages. This paper focuses on lexical semantic disambiguation. Therefore, this system solves semantic ambiguity problem with the decision tree techniques (ID3, J48, Naïve Bayesian tree and Random Forest). This system solved the ambiguities based on concept of word. Moreover this system classifies the concept of each word. en_US
