dc.description.abstract Information Retrieval System is used in many applications for searching information within databases or documents. With the growth of information, it becomes increasingly difficult to retrieve the relevant documents. Document Ranking System is important for Information Retrieval. By using Document Ranking System, the final result value is closely similar with the user's requests or requirements. So, relative document by ranking scores is important. Therefore, this system is performed by using Pivoted Document Length Normalization approach to rank the relevance of International Conference on Computer Applications (ICCA) Paper. The user can search the intentional portable document format paper very quickly in this system en_US
