dc.description.abstract In business environment, banking system plays one of the main roles in buying and selling transactions. A transaction is a logical unit of work. A transaction processing system (TPS) is a system that monitors transaction programs. Transaction Processing Systems are the heart of the business operations today. Transactions are indeed the unit of recovery. Recovery in database system means that restoring the database to a correct state after some failure has rendered the current state inconsistent. In this system, Log based recovery using Write Ahead Logging (WAL) protocolis used to prevent data loss in Bank transfer. en_US
