Abstract:
This paper proposes web-based course
management system for learning subjects.In this
paper, statistical analysis over student
performance in tests and exams are evaluated as
well as courses’ quality and relationship between
student activity and their results are also
measured.Instead of using traditional teaching
process, this system provides online learning
courses, assignments, tests and exams.In order to
implement this system, ICTTI(Information and
Communication Technology Training Institute)
Course Management System has been used as
case study.This system includes evaluating and
making decisions about courses.We evaluate the
target Course Management System with statistical
analysis method based on tests and exam results
by applying Weights of evidence theory.Statistical
analysis is also performed for analysis of
relationship between student behavior and their
results.It is a kind of analysis report for
relationship between attendance and grading,
showing percentage in the report instead of
filtering by minimum support.
