dc.description.abstract With the rapid development of information technology, it provides possibilities for the multiple data integration architecture among applicationsin distributed environment. It involves retrieving and integration information from multiple data sources. Web Services provide universal interoperability and integration. Web Services are self-contained, self-describing, modular applications that can be published, located and invoked across the web. The aim of this paper is for creating web service based on missing persons post service and search service according to the status of relatives or friends affected by natural disaster area.It allows anyone to register into an online registry to report statues such as missing, injured, dead and alive. The system will be implemented by standardized XML messaging and Web Service technologies. en_US
