dc.description.abstract A multi-agent system is a collection of multiple intelligent agents that interact with other agents or environments to achieve its goal by communication, coordination and cooperation. The agent acts like a personal assistant who interacts with the human user in the particular working environment. The cooperation between human and agent benefits the human in saving time and receiving assistance. In this system, the agents will communicate with each other using FIPA (Foundation for Intelligent Physical Agent) ACL (Agent Communication Language) messages. It is intended to implement a Real Estate agency in which a broker agent manage the information of estate agencies and also interact with the user. The system applies the web based on agent development framework with cooperation capabilities. According to their requirement and preferences, the proposed system is targeted to support clients by providing up-to-date information about Estate Agency performance and help them to make right decision according to their requirement and preferences. The agent creation benchmark operates with the JADE (Java Agent Development Environment) framework using Microsoft Access database. en_US
