Data Security System using Steganography with TDES and RSA Cryptographic Algorithms

Abstract

Nowadays, technology is moving very fast and is growing demand for the security of data transferring and data collections over the network. To solve the security problems, Cryptography is very useful mechanism not only for providing data and information to be secured but also for ensuring the data and information have not altered. On the other hand Steganography is the art of information hiding and invisible communication. This paper focus on the combining usage of cryptographic algorithm and steganography method in order to provide higher. In this proposed system; at first data are encrypted with Triple DES (TDES) to produce cipher text and then encrypted TDES secret key using RSA public key algorithm. Finally; this cipher text and encrypted secret key are embedded into a cover image by using steganography. This system is implemented by ASP.Net.
