Abstract:
Nowadays, a number of classification system have been developed depending on the intended propose of the system. This paper tries to classify exact indemnity for travel Insurance System (TIS) using Rule-Based classification in Data Mining. Rule based classification is one of the most well-established classification methods. This system is to study the Rule-based classifier and to classify the class labels of data sets. In this paper, rule-based classifier is represented as a set of IF-THEN rules by using sequential covering algorithm from the training data. This system process with two parts: Insurer and Administrator. An administrator that can add, update or delete the staff and insurer information. If the incomer is an insurer , TIS calculates the claim amount by using Sequential Covering Algorithm. By filling the claim form, this system can give the exact indemnity. The results for this study reveal that it is possible to develop TIS. Insurance Co-operation in Myanmar and understand the rule-based classification method.
