dc.description.abstract Today, people use widely computer networks to communicate from one place to another. When people use computers, they will need necessary to protect the information and to thwart the hackers. So, people interconnect their secret data by using cryptographic algorithms. But the hackers try to know the key. Therefore, the key secure important in the cryptographic system. In this paper, AES and RSA algorithms are joined to use in the encryption and decryption. AES algorithm is used for file encryption and RSA algorithm is used for key encryption. Any file is encrypted with RSA algorithm using the receiver’s public key. This system must construct within the local area network (peer to peer network). It will be used for all businesses, governments, militaries and academic organizations. en_US
