Data Security for Military Monthly Commission Reporting System

Abstract

The role of cryptograph is important for data security. Many cryptographic techniques can be used to keep security of sensitive data. Information is an arm of Military as well as the security of information is it’s life. In addition, this paper is preferred to protect information from physical theft and hacking of enemies and intruders. This paper will be developed the data security system for a local network using symmetric key encryption and message digest. It is reliably applied Military’s Monthly Commissioned Reporting System (MMCRS) and other paper-based System in the Military network by using file Encryption and Decryption techniques. The system will provide a symmetric-key algorithm, AES(secure hash algorithm) is also used to ensure the authenticity of message. Key Distribution Center (KDC) is used for secret key sharing between sender and receiver.
