dc.description.abstract Cryptograph is crucial to communicating medium. The use of cryptography today becomes widespread, not just in military situation but for commercial and private purposes. So the electronic messages and documents which are sent to communicating transaction necessarily have to be efficient secure system and be equivalent of signature , authentication and identification found in paper document world. The main focus of this paper is to implement a cryptosystem that provides faster and efficient security system in electronic communication based on the use of combination of both secret-key (Blowfish) algorithm and public key(NTRU) algorithm, called digital envelope. en_US
