A Web-based Multi-Criteria Decision Support System by using Fuzzy Control System and Analytic Hierarchy Process

Abstract

Nowadays, everybody is facing many problems with making decisions and future planning in current topic in global and regional works all over the world. However, problems for the multiple criteria decision- making are very frequent in everyday life. This thesis is to develop the decision support system for selecting the most suitable hospital for patients. The fuzzy control system and the AHP technique are used for solution of this problem. Many of the decision-making applications are now Web enabled. The aim of this thesis is to develop the web-based decision support system for selecting the best and suitable Hospitals or Clinics for patients among multiple criteria. This thesis also provides the Hospital/ clinic managers to summit their hospitals/ clinics details information and their facilities. This system is implemented by using C#.net programming language. HTML (Hyper Text Market Language), Microsoft SQL server 2005 and other appropriate tools and run with PC.
