Abstract:
Most of the businesses have a problem when
interacting with their customers to sell goods or to
give services. They have to make a lot of
conservation with customers about availability of
goods and services by discussing the requirements
of customers. Poor explanation may make the
customer give up purchasing and choosing the
service that the business can offer. In this paper,
this problem is solved by questioning and answering
with customers on behalf of reception clerk. The
system can provide users to search his desired tour
program to visit in Myanmar within the limited time
and money. In this system, inferencing methods
uses forward chaining and backward chaining.
