dc.description.abstract Today, people living at different periods have different aesthetical view on cloths and pursue different purpose for clothes. Customers desire to personalize the style, fit and color of the clothes; they buy, and require high-quality customized products at low prices with faster deliver. Tailoring management uses information technology, flexible processes, and organizational structures to deliver a wide range of products and services that meet specific needs of individual customers. This system examies customers focused clothing service process based on demand chain strategies, monitors management of apparel industry, and investigates how virtual value chain strategies can be undertalen through clothing service process. Capacity planning is a computerized technique for projecting resources requirement in critical work station. This system will calculate material requirements of a garment manufacture’s work flow over order-base into full-fill the task of decision making process. This system will implement C# programming language on .Net platform with Microsoft SQL 2005 database. en_US
