dc.description.abstract Basic approaches to radiation protection are consistent all over the world. The international commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) recommends that any exposure above the natural background radiation should be kept as low as reasonably achievable, but below the individual does limits. Several recent studies have indicated that mobile phones waves have an adverse health effect on cells or human beings. This paper analyzes the effect of electromagnetic (EM) radiation from mobile phone to human health. The electromagnetic radiation is measured in terms of specific absorption rate(SAR). The human health exposed to global system from mobile communication frequency bands. In addition, there are thousands of substances in our every day life beside radiation that can also cause cancer, including tobacco smoke, ultraviolet light, some medical dyes, fungal toxins in food, viruses, and even heat. Only in exceptional cases is it possible to identify conclusively the cause of a particular cancer. en_US
