dc.description.abstract | Delivery of data files as large as media type files between business organizations using file transfer is becoming an increasingly attractive alternative to the physical movement of CDs, flash memory drives or disks. However, widespread adoption of file-based delivery, especially over public networks such as the Internet, requires the adoption of secure, reliable and interoperable solutions. This thesis presents the work of sending media type files using the UDP based Data Transfer (UDT).
