dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, steganography plays a critical role in Information Security. A number of steganographic algorithms have been proposed by focusing on this property of a steganographic system. It is needed two bytes to hide single Myanmar Unicode character in the stegographic system. This paper presents a system to embed Myanmar characters into the cover image by applying Least Significant Bit (LSB) technique. This system proposed a compression technique of Myanmar characters. It can reduce the size of single character into one byte before hiding it into the cover image by applying the proposed technique. So, it can compress the size of message into half. It also provides another level of protection over traditional LSB technique. | en_US |
