dc.description.abstract With the passage of time, attackers are getting smarter and smarter. Incident handlers and law enforcement have been forced to deal with the complexity linked in wireless technologies to manage and respond security incidents. Wireless network cracking and penetration testing will mitigate the risk and threatening to protect Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN). The aim of this paper is to implement a wireless network security system which can audit the WLAN network and penetrate link layer attacks. Link Layer Attacks Detection Prevention System (LLADPS) is proposed for harvesting all Wi-Fi information, detecting, auditing and preventing wireless intrusion. This proposed system is implemented by using Kali linux environment with python network programming on real time set-up. In wireless network cracking, proposed LLADPS successfully detects and be alert attackers’ behaviors with log files by displaying on screen. en_US
