Abstract:
Increasing the volume of redundant data by
multiple clients in cloud storage becomes a vital
challenge. Multiple group setting schemes have
recently become important for enabling deduplication
for a cloud server. We construct multiple-groups’
schemes that allow one or more groups to
subsequently upload or edit a file such that the cloud
server can avoid duplicate according to the ownership
of users. We use the Message Lock Encryption (MLE)
as an ingredient for deduplication both for uploading
a new file and for updating an existing file.
Furthermore, group signature features are adding for
the multiple- group setting, mainly the group
managers manage new entities and the revocation
list for the client and the server respectively. In this
paper, we construct two sub-protocol that provided
the security of MLE. Hence, security of the message
holds under the computational assumptions on the
message distribution produced by the attacker.
