dc.description.abstract Nowadays, the government in every country needs to reduce the living standard gap between the rural and urban. Also, the government decides on the enormous amount of data regarding development facilities to become the standard villages. Many decision making systems have been designed and developed successfully in many areas like medical, business, organization, production, marketing and etc. In this paper, the system implements a decision making information system based on developing villages to use District development officers, and persons who know their villages’ conditions. The system can also show the requirements of the specific village that is which part of the sections are needed to fulfill. By knowing the requirements of the villages, the government can supply the most undeveloped village priority. To use decision making, this system defines a village which has 80% rating among rules as a standard village. But if the village has 0 % condition among rules, it describes the violation of the standard village rules. en_US
