dc.description.abstract Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs) have a significant role in the development of the society because they play a vital role in the interest of general public. There are many problems faced by those NGOs regarding managing their office work, communicate with other branches and maintaining records. A readiness assessment is an activity used to determine the degree of readiness of an organization to execute a major project and to help identify specific area to focus on in the preparation process. Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are the key areas of activity in which favorable results are absolutely necessary for a particular manager to reach his goals. This paper presents the assessment of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation for non- profit organization with readiness assessment and critical success factors. en_US
