Non-Governmental organizations (NGOs)
have a significant role in the development of the
society because they play a vital role in the interest of
general public. There are many problems faced by
those NGOs regarding managing their office work,
communicate with other branches and maintaining
records. A readiness assessment is an activity used to
determine the degree of readiness of an organization
to execute a major project and to help identify
specific area to focus on in the preparation process.
Critical Success Factors (CSFs) are the key areas of
activity in which favorable results are absolutely
necessary for a particular manager to reach his
goals. This paper presents the assessment of
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
implementation for non- profit organization with
readiness assessment and critical success factors. |
