dc.description.abstract Capacity planning is the process of determining the production capacity needed by an organization to meet changing demands for its products. A discrepancy between the capacity of an organization and the demands of its customers results in inefficiency, either in under-utilized resources or unfulfilled customers. The goal of capacity planning is to minimize this discrepancy. In this paper, we make up a computerized system that projects the load from a given material requirement planning (MRP) and capacity requirement planning (CRP) onto the capacity of this system and identifies underloads and overloads. This system will calculate statistical analysis to get optimal solution for future soap production in service industry. According to using CRP, the customer order within the amount of required time is calculated to validate showing accept or reject message. Moreover, the production schedule can be more easily modified to reflect changing customer needs and managers from all functional areas can do a better job in service industry. en_US
